Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all contracts concluded via it for paid subscriptions to the IzuTech VPN and IzuTech TV products. The version published at the time the contract is concluded is authoritative.

The provider is Ihsan Uzun, Sandweg 148, 50827 Cologne (see legal notice).

IzuTech VPN provides encrypted access to the internet via our servers. IzuTech TV enables the management and playback of IPTV sources that you add yourself; we expressly do not provide any television content and accept no responsibility for sources you integrate. The tariff booked determines the scope of functions (e.g. number of devices that can be used simultaneously).

Each product can initially be tested free of charge for 14 days. After the trial ends we offer you a one-time free extension if you support us with an honest review (IzuTech VPN by one month, IzuTech TV by three months). The extension is available once per product; the content and rating of the review are entirely up to you and have no influence on whether it is granted. A paid subscription only begins after the free period has ended.

The presentation of tariffs on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer. By completing the payment process on the payment page operated by our payment service provider, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the payment and activate access. We do not store the contract text separately; your subscription, its term and your invoices can be viewed in your account at any time, and payment receipts are additionally available from our payment service provider.

The prices stated on the website at the time of ordering apply. All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, where applicable. Payment is made via our payment service provider Stripe using the payment methods offered there; payment is due upon conclusion of the contract and thereafter at the beginning of each billing period.

The subscription is automatically renewed for the term booked unless it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period — without notice period and without giving reasons, directly in your account. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the period already paid for; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ihsan Uzun, Sandweg 148, 50827 Cologne, kontakt@izutech.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement — for example by email. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Your right of withdrawal remains in place for the entire period: during the ordering process we do NOT obtain consent to begin performance early and therefore do not invoke early expiry of the right of withdrawal under § 356 (4) of the German Civil Code. Independently of this, you can test every product free of charge for 14 days before purchasing.

Model withdrawal form (Annex 2 to Art. 246a § 1 (2) sentence 2 EGBGB): If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and send it to Ihsan Uzun, Sandweg 148, 50827 Cologne, Germany, email: kontakt@izutech.de. "I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/we (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the provision of the following service: [name of the subscription] — Ordered on (*): ___ — Name of consumer(s): ___ — Address of consumer(s): ___ — Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ___ — Date: ___ (*) Delete as appropriate." Using this form is not a precondition for withdrawal; an informal, unambiguous statement is sufficient.

No warranty is given for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the information provided on this website. Otherwise, liability is governed by statutory provisions.

We reserve the right to adjust these terms if this is necessary for legal or operational reasons. The version published on this page applies in each case.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
